Which email address should I log in with?
For travelers under age 18 at time of enrollment, use your primary contact’s email address. This is usually a parent or guardian. For travelers over 18 years old, sign in using the email address you provided upon enrollment. For Group Leaders, use the email address you provided to your EF Travel Team.
How can I reset my password?
Request a password reset here. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your account password. Note: the password reset link may only be used once and expires one hour after being sent.
I didn’t receive a password reset email.
We’re sorry! If you haven’t received the email you requested, call Traveler Support at 800-665-5364, and we’ll help you get it sorted out.
I’m under 18. How can I access my account?
You can log in using your parent or guardian’s email and password once they’ve activated their account. In some cases, we may be able to create accounts for minors. Please call Traveler Support at 800-665-5364 for more information.
Can I link multiple accounts from the same household?
Yes! If you’re not prompted to link accounts from your household when you sign in, just give us a call at 800-665-5364.
I just reset my password, but now it says my password is incorrect.
Please close your browser and try to log in again using a new window.
I no longer use the email address that I signed up with. How can I update my login email?
You can update your email by logging in using the email address we have on file. Once logged in, access My Profile. Under Login Details, you may update the email address used for login.
I want to reset my password, but the website is asking for my old password, and I don’t know it.
